Tom Fitzgerald, MPH is a customer success executive at PointClickCare, where he leverages his public health and emergency preparedness and response experience in his work with customers on their use of the Patient Unified Lookup System (PULSE). Prior to joining PointClickCare, Tom worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) in a variety of roles in operational data and analytics, information management, and on the national incident management team as a section chief. In these roles, he responded and deployed to a range of disasters, including hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, California wildfires, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Before ASPR, Tom worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on pandemic influenza vaccine response planning, and holds an MPH in epidemiology from Boston University.
