Luigi Leblanc, MPH

VP of Technology, Zane Networks

 Luigi Leblanc, is Vice President of Zane Networks and an Engineer and Public Health Professional with more than 25 years of experience in Telemedicine / Telecommunications technologies. He has served as the Technical Manager for many projects that require the collaborative efforts of healthcare providers, application developers, and systems engineers. Mr. Leblanc has led health IT initiatives focusing on patient self-management of diabetes and hypertension through personalized web portals, combining telehealth, e-learning, online collaborations, and EHRs and Patient Health Records. He is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and sits on various state-wide advisory boards including the Maryland Health Information Exchange Policy Board and DC Health Information Exchange Working Group, and the University of the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) Governor’s Health IT Workgroup; he is also a Commissioner for DirectTrust. Mr. Leblanc is currently enrolled in the DrPH Program at the George Washington School of Public Health.
