Carol Robertson is a seasoned technology executive with over 35 years of experience in Jamaica’s IT industry. Her extensive expertise spans the entire IT stack, having played a pivotal role in driving the adoption of transformative innovations across various sectors.

As the current Senior Business Development Partner & Caribbean Government Lead at Cable & Wireless Communications, Robertson spearheads technological development for government and enterprise organisations throughout the Caribbean. Her mission is to strengthen Caribbean nations through cutting-edge technologies, employing a collaborative approach with her team and clients.

Robertson’s comprehensive background encompasses data centres, networking, security, ERP systems, communication tools, Productivity tools and workflow optimisation. She focuses on people, culture, and business processes as fundamental elements of successful digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to her current role, Robertson held leadership positions at prominent technology firms, including Columbus Communications, Fujitsu Caribbean (Jamaica) Limited, Infotech Caribbean (Jamaica) Limited, Xerox Jamaica Limited, Productive Business Solutions (PBS), Advanced Integrated Solutions (AIS), MC Systems.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Robertson is deeply committed to community service and personal development. She is an Ordained Minister of Religion, Founder of the “Red Shoe Mission,” mentoring young women aged 15-25, Director of the Caribbean’s first Aviation College and Board Chairman of the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf. She is also Deputy Board Chair for the National Council on Drug Abuse (NCDA), Chairman of the CANTO Women in ICT Subcommittee, Director for the Jamaica Flow Foundation and a Certified sign language interpreter
