Alexandra joined viNGN in 2018 and has been managing their grants since then. With over 20+ years in the private sector, Alexandra’s background in finance and organizational management provided the foundation for grants management.

Alexandra obtained her Masters in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Mrs. Francis Smith is a proud parent of a daughter and a shitz shu.
